Bio 

Scott obtained his first FINRA securities license in 1990 and has worked for Accu-Vest Planning, Inc ever since.   His educational background includes a Masters and a Bachelors degree in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology as well as multiple securities licenses and insurance licenses.  He is also a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA), one of the premier designations in Investment Finance.  In 2000,  He founded Core Alpha, Inc. to better use his educational background in managing portfolios for individuals and small businesses.
